Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to purchases from Sysreon Technologies & Research LLC.
Digital products
If a digital product does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix the problem or refund the payment in full.
Services
- Before work starts: you may cancel for a full refund.
- After work starts: you may cancel at any time; we refund the unused part of the payment, pro-rated to the work completed.
- Deposits: a deposit becomes non-refundable once you have accepted the delivered work it covers.
How to request a refund or cancel
Email travis@sysreon.com with your order details. We reply by email and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
